FIX: View in Windows Explorer Action Does Not Work in SharePoint Document Library

On a Windows Server 2008 build, the following failed:

- save directly from Word into a SharePoint Document Library
- UNC Path to SharePoint does not work

The normal solution is to start the “Web Client” service to enable WebDAV but the service is missing in Windows Server 2008.

To fix:

Install the “Desktop Experience” feature.
